You may  pre-order here either a quarter, half or whole beef. Once you place this pre-order and make a $150 deposit, we will contact you to determine if you are ordering a quarter, half or whole beef. The last beef that we had processed amounted to approximately 300 pounds of meat, but weights vary from one to the next. Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
