We are strong proponents of hybrid vigor! We raise Black and Red Angus, but we also have some cows (mothers) that are Herefords and Shorthorns. Rather than breeding for 100% purebred Angus, we aim to produce healthy calves and mothers. We breed for cow-calf pairs that are compatible and balanced so there is minimal difficulty during birth, while producing calves that grow quickly because of their fantastic mother’s milk! We also breed for an even temperament so that we are able to treat our animals humanely without the use of cattle prods or other methods of force.

Frozen beef will keep a very high quality for up to 12 months.

Eating beef twice a week will take a family of four one year to eat ½ beef, or six months to eat a quarter.
